Old Town Hall, Albion Street
Built in 1906 to accommodate Southwick Urban District Council which had been created in 1899. The council itself disappeared into the Adur District Council in 1974 when local government was reorganised. Since then the building has been used as a warehouse and now offices. Albion Street is the main A259 Brighton to Shoreham road.

Malthouse Cottage, Riverside, Southwick
Most likely built in 1816 with the old maltings next door that is now home to the Sussex Yacht Club. This cul de sac contains the last remnant of 19th century Southwick.

Albion Street, Southwick
The main A259 was once the town centre of Southwick with 19th century shops and terraced housing squeezed between the road and the railway. All that survives is the Old Town Hall, covered in scaffolding to the right, the rest was cleared in the 1960s with the shops moved to Southwick Square and the housing replaced by flats, Rocks Close on the left being one of nine blocks built in the same area between the road and the railway.

Sussex Yacht Club, Riverside, Southwick
The clubhouse was built in 1816 as a malthouse but has been the headquarters of the club since 1926.
