Hamilton Mansions, Fourth Avenue
The change in archectitectural styles is very pronounced here, with Hamilton Mansions part of the Stanford Estate built up in the late Victorian period and the houses to the west being part of the Cliftonville estate from the 1850s.

Built in the early 1850s though number 1 seems to have been rebuilt at some point. Beyond is Image St Catherine's Terrace was originally provided with its own narrow roadway separated from Kingsway by a wall like neighbouring King's Gardens. However, this was lost when the road was widened in the early 1970s.
