An old town house that was once a Young Christians Women's Institute building. The Holland Road Baptist Church purchased the property in the 1990s but found the building too dilapidated to renovate and are now currently waiting to get permission to demolish it and rebuild on the site.

Holland Road Baptist Church
Built specifically for the baptists in the mid 1880s and opened in 1887. The church can accommodate up to 700 and is still well used.

Bow fronted terraced Victorian town houses erected during the 1850s as lower cost housing to the more upmarket Brunswick Square nearby. This part of Lansdowne Place is between Western Road and Lansdowne Road.

Gwydyr Mansions, Church Road
The block lies between Holland Road and Rochester Gardens with this small frontage onto Church Road. In fact this part was once a bank but is now residential with ground floor offices and a barbers to the left.

Tesco Express, Western Road
At the junction with Holland Road. The building was originally a large furniture store and later an antiques shop before becoming a Tesco Express which occupies the ground floor. The rest of the building is a mixture offices and flats.
