Teynham House and Marine Court, Marine Drive
Teynham Court on the right was built in the 1930s on the site of a row of former coastguard cottages, Marine Court was built after the war removing the last remaining cottages in the process.

On the A259 opposite the cliff top is one of Saltdean's art deco buildings. Exposure to the elements have often given the block a run down look but it seems to have had a decent coat of paint recently.
