The Old Homestead near Bodle Street Green
The Old Homestead is an attractive half-clad cottage very typical of the area; it is to be found nearby the road junction opposite the Ebenezer Chapel at Bodle Street Green.

The Ebenezer Chapel at Bodle Street Green
The Ebenezer is a strict baptist chapel. The building carries a plaque on the gable end with a date of 1835. Unfortunately, though doubtless for good practical maintenance reasons, the exterior has been much modernised including upvc wall cladding at the rear - right style, but wrong material for this part of the world. A short footpath strikes off across the fields at this point as evidenced by the stile to the right of the chapel.
