Prospect House, Lower Dicker
Located on the junction of the A22 and the private road to Image The original house dates from the 19th century but I have a feeling it is now used , or at the very least the rear is used, as a number of small offices or business units.

Willow Cafe
Part of the hamlet of Lower Dicker which grew up on the old common after enclosure. The cafe has seems to have been closed for some time.

Summer Bank Cottages, Lower Dicker
Located on a private road that was built when the old Dicker Common was enclosed in 1813 to allow access to the main road from Little Marigold which can just be seen at the end of the road and was originally located just over the boundary of the former common. The cottages were constructed sometime towards the end of the 19th century.

Awaiting Development, Lower Dicker (2)
The twenty acre site currently has planning permission to extend Image and provide an access road back to the A22 replacing the narrow Image Currently used by locals to walk their dogs in until the bulldozers move in. This looks towards Image See also Image and Image
