Built on the site of a former industrial estate that was opened in 1961. Part of the estate included the old Sunblest bakery the smell of which made travelling past it on Falmer Road a very pleasant experience as a kid.

McWilliam Road
A residential street that lies between Warren Road and Falmer Road. The access to the latter was blocked off to prevent drivers using the road as a rat run to avoid the often congested Warren crossroads. The road leading off to the left is Downsway.
