The name of the house in view that lies behind the other cottages that front onto The Street, Wilmington's village street. Seems to have been built sometime between 1930 and 1950.

The Old Inn House, The Street
Once the village pub, now part holiday cottage-part artist's studio and residence. The building dates from the 16th century and may have gone out of use as an inn when the Giants Rest further down the street near to the A27 opened in 1910.
