Litlington Tea Gardens, East Sussex
The gardens are entered via a small path which opens out to various garden levels and small wooden buildings. Highly recommended, especially the sandwiches.

Pool and fountain, Litlington Tea Gardens
Setting the scene on the approach to the gardens, a shrine for lovers of tea, cake and sandwiches. Recommended. The atmosphere is well-captured by Image and Image Delicious cakes but dauntingly massive slices: excessive quantity is a feature of the hospitality sector; no wonder there's an obesity crisis.
