Clipped hedge and sickly tree, Upper Belgrave Road, Seaford
A sycamore, looks like, struggling to come into leaf as well as burdened with ivy. It's possible some trees are adversely affected by salt-laden winds off the sea.

Homefield Road in the snow Seaford Jan 7 2010
During the hardest winter for thirty years. Snow fell on Jan 7 and remained for three days, roads were only passable with care as gritting was restricted to major roads by government order so as to conserve stocks. This photo taken at 10:00 am, only a few vehicles had successful navigated the road by that time.
