Houses on the Beach, Beachlands
Viewed from the sand at low tide. The houses are built on the shingle bank built as a sea defence. Not sure if they are the nicest places to be when the winter storms and blowing in some rough south westerleys.

Tower Ditch
Behind the ribbon development along the beach things look much more rural. Surprisingly the water is not frozen, so perhaps it is brackish from seepage through the shingle beach.

Coast Road
The houses on the right are built onto the bank of shingle which drops down on the landward side where their garages are located.

Beachlands, Pevensey Bay
The houses front onto the beach which must be lovely in summer and pretty awful when the autumn gales blow. The South Downs are on the horizon.
