1970s Car Park, Coast Road
Couldn't decide if I had stepped back through time or on the set of Life on Mars. The cars are from left to right a Triumph 2000 TC, Lancia, Triumph Spitfire and Ford Zephyr. A Volvo Amazon was also there out of shot to the left.

Houses on the Beach, Beachlands
Viewed from the sand at low tide. The houses are built on the shingle bank that acts as a sea defence for the low lying lands beyond.

Tower Ditch

Anti Tank Pimples, Coast Road
Remnants of the Second World War when the then less developed beach at Pevensey Bay was defended against possible invasion. These have been moved to this small patch of ground between Coast Road and Tower Ditch.
