Windsor Lodge, High Street
Head east up Edward Street then south down High Street. Developed from 1800 onwards much has been obliterated. Windsor Lodge was originally built as a Methodist Chapel in 1886, was a printing works from 1910, then returned to religious use firstly with the Christian Brethren from 1935, then the Greek Orthodox Church from 1978 before finally being converted into flats in 1987. The concrete monstrosity next to it is St James' Lodge built in 1966. Click on the link to take you to the next page. http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/231665

Cavendish Street, Brighton
A residential road that originally ran from St James's Street to Edward Street that was developed in the 1800s. This is the only section of the street remaining with its northern terms now at Ardingly Street, though another section off Edward Street is now Dorset Place. Much of the street, along with neighbouring High Street and chapel Street were removed during the clearances of the 1960s.

Camelford Street
A narrow street of what Pevsner in 1965 described as "real, entirely unselfconscious cottages", laid out in the late 18th century expansion of the town eastward from the Old Steine. Most of the premises are of two storeys plus basement and attic with dormer windows, but the central house in this view (no 17) has three full storeys complete with window bay. It was once the residence of the Prince Regent's bandmaster but after many years as a family home it has now found a new lease of life as a venue for Hen Parties.
