The continuation of the B2118 beyond Eaton Place heading eastwards where it becomes Rock Street. It was built between 1855-65 and was originally known as Bristol Road East.

Kemp Town Place, Kemp Town, Brighton
These cobble fronted cottages form a private mews off Chichester Place and were built in the 1820s to serve the great and good in the newly built Lewes Crescent and Sussex Square.

Clarendon Terrace, Kemp Town, Brighton
Built between 1856 and 1859 both by the same developer, William Percival Boxall, and architects, George Cheeseman and George Cheeseman Jr, as neighbouring Image Number 6 on the right hand side was used as an officers convalescent home during World War One.
