Clarendon Terrace, Kemp Town, Brighton
Built between 1856 and 1859 both by the same developer, William Percival Boxall, and architects, George Cheeseman and George Cheeseman Jr, as neighbouring Image Number 6 on the right hand side was used as an officers convalescent home during World War One.
