Built in 1846 by Thomas Cubitt for Thomas Read Kemp and named after London's Belgrave Square where the latter had a home at the time. All buildings in the cul de sac off Marine Parade are listed.

Built in the 1830s and located between Belgrave Place and Eaton Place. A blue plaque visible outside the door of number 160 commemorates the comedian Max Miller who lived here from 1936-46.
