79, Marine Parade, Brighton
Located on the corner of Bedford Street and also known as Bedford House it was built in the 1820s apparently for the Duke of Bedford. During the 20th century it has been home to painter Cecil D'Oyley John, comedian Tony Hancock, and playwright Sir Terrence Rattigan, who is commemorated by the blue plaque. It was up for sale during the early part of 2015 and was yours for just £1.85m.

Linking Madeira Terrace with the A259. I'm assuming that the lighter coloured concrete is due to regular sandblasting to remove graffiti.
