The Star Inn, Star Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex
The Star is all that remains of the Old Star Brewery which was established on this site in 1777 using the waters of the nearby Bourne Stream. The brewery was taken over by Courage in 1965 and closed shortly afterwards. The Brewery and surrounding buildings were demolished in 1973.
