A residential road that is part of the Bristol Estate that was built in the 1950s. The road runs between Whitehawk Hill Road and Maresfield Road and is located to the rear of the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

Looking over Brighton with views along the coast to Shoreham and Worthing. The large swathe of green in the centre is Queen's Park whilst some will be able to make out the American Express building next to the two high rise blocks on the extreme left and Pelham Tower, Theobald House and Brighton station centre right.
