Old Boat Walk, Hollingbury
Small cul de sac off Carden Avenue built in the last twenty years or so. The road is named after the local nickname for the nearby junction of Ditchling Road and Coldean Lane where an old upturned boat used to serve as a shepherds hut.

Old Boat Corner Community Centre
The building was constructed by the same building company that converted an old factory into ASDA in the mid 1980s and opened in 1989. It serves the residents of Coldean, Patcham and Hollingbury and is named after the local name for the junction of Ditchling Road and Coldean Lane.
