Arundel - Kings Arms Hill
This lane which connects Tarrant Street to Maltravers Street (but only for pedestrians or residents) is called Kings Arms Hill. It takes its name from the Kings Arms P.H. at the bottom of the hill (behind the camera on the left).

Arundel: postbox № BN18 1304, Tarrant Street
This George V-reign postbox is set into a cottage wall and is emptied finally at 5:15pm on weekdays and at 11:30am on Saturdays. Beyond it we see Arun Street gently descending towards the River Arun.

On the corner is the King's Arms pub. Note the local custom of fixing Christmas trees to the front walls. They make for a pretty sight when lit up at night (or from late afternoon).
