These cottages were moved in 1900 to make a garden for the old hospital, yes actually dismantled and reassembled a few yards south south-west!

Bond Street, Arundel: the view uphill
Seen from the junction with Mount Pleasant. The south side of the street, seen here, consists of a terrace of flint-built cottages, while the buildings on the north side are brick-built, more recent, and set above the roadway - on a steeply sloping site. See also Image .
