The Arundel Wing, Tortington Manor
An extension added in the 1920s when the former manor house became a Catholic boarding school for girls. The school closed in 1969 and became a campus for an American college in 1971 until the last decade when it was vacated and the building turned into private apartments and houses.

Tortington Manor
View across the south lawns towards what was the New England Wing on the left and part of the original 18th century manor house to the right. Originally known as Tortington House it was converted into a Catholic girls boarding school in 1922 and remained so until 1969 when it closed and the building was acquired by New England College in New Hampshire, United States, and opened in 1971 as their English campus. It now seems that they have departed and the campus has been converted into a number of luxury apartments and homes. Much of the modification of the house has happened over the last century with extensive additions particularly added by the college.
