Freshbrook Road, Lancing
A residential road that links South Street to Old Salts Farm Road with the northern section running parallel to the railway. The road was originally built to provide access to a number of 19th century nurseries but was developed from the 1920s onwards and later bridged in the 1950s by the Grinstead Lane flyover where this view is taken.

Grinstead Lane railway bridge
The Bridge was built in the mid sixties for the new A2025 bypass road. The level crossing could be avoided.

Lancing, Stanley Ale House
Good Beer Guide-listed micropub and alehouse on Queensway, a quiet side street off North Road. Internally, a single room with counter right, piano, wooden pews and stools; outdoor seating. Four cask ales were on offer at my visit.
