An unusual garden at Lancing Beach

This is a very small pub
This is in the garden of the house seen at https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/6686285 The boat acts as a pub and has the opening hours on the back door. There is a bar inside and they serve people walking along the promenade at Lancing Beach.
