Holmcroft Gardens
A cul-de-sac built in the 1960s off Cross Lane in the former grounds of Holmcroft House which itself was a field called Home Croft on Findon's 1839 tithe map. Church Hill is beyond.

Cross Lane
Despite being in the centre of the village the road still retains its rural feel with the survival of former hedgerows that have been planted with trees. There are houses beyond the foliage on both sides of the road.

The Old Post House, High Street
The original village post office before it moved to Nepcote Lane sometime during the interwar years. The current post office is in Horsham Road.

Hermit Terrace
Built in the latter third of the 19th century at right angles to High Street. The small terrace of four dwellings was named after the Derby winner of 1867 who was trained at the local stables.

Findon Manor Hotel
Originally the village rectory it has never been the manor house of Findon. The central portion is said to have dated from 1584 with the east and west wings added in 1728 and 1773 respectively. It ceased being a rectory sometime between the two world wars and has been a hotel for some time.

The former village well lies between Grey Walls and Pebble Cottage dating from the early 19th century and still retains its iron wheel used to draw water
