Shepherds Mead, Findon Valley
A residential road which runs from Coombe Rise to Central Avenue and forms the eastern end of the suburb of Findon Valley. Originally part of Findon until its transfer to Worthing in 1933 this road was only added in the 1960s though no more extensions will occur as the field on the right is now part of the South Downs National Park.

Minshells Field
The name of the field according to Findon's 1839 tithe map. Part of the western end of the field has been lost to Image which was developed in the 1960s. The suburb of Findon Valley is beyond which was built when the land here was transferred from Findon parish to Worthing in 1933. On the far side of the valley is Salvington and west Hills to the left and Church Hill to the right.

Sheepcombe
The name of the field according to Findon's 1839 tithe map sharing the name with Image that once stood a little to the west on which only a flint cottage and some old buildings remain. Sheepcombe Hanger is the wood at the end of the field.

A residential road linking Coombe Rise to Central Avenue. The junction with Cissbury Avenue is on the left. This part of Findon parish was transferred to Worthing in 1933 and subsequently developed as the suburb of Findon Valley.
