Seafront hotel
This was the Clearview Hotel in Worthing facing the Pier, until it was damaged by fire in 1987; now multiple use. It had a bad reputation in the 1980's as a site of crime and drug trafficking; this has now moved elsewhere as the building has become gentrified.
