Metrolink Replacement Bus on Warth Bridge
Stagecoach Manchester 10402 (SL64 HZH) crossing the River Irwell at Warth Bridge between Bury and Radcliffe. The bus, an Alexander Dennis Enviro 400 double-decker is on Metrolink Replacement duty replacing the Bury-Piccadilly service which was closed for the day because of engineering work on the line.

Warth Bridge, River Irwell
Warth Bridge was built in the 1930s to carry the (then) new road route (Bury Road) between Radcliffe and Bury. It crosses the Irwell just downstream of Bealey's weir.
