Eagley Mills
According to modern signage, Valley Mill is closest with Brook Mill in the background. Longworth (1987), The Cotton Mills of Bolton 1780-1985 has a nice aerial perspective painting of this complex - awesome. This is an excellent book if you do mills.

Eagley Mills
Former mill complex now converted to housing. The nearest mill is now called Valley Mill and is the former No. " Mill built in 1881 and Listed Grade II. Beyond with the horizontal banding is Brook Mill, formerly No. 3 Mill, built in 1871 and rebuilt in 1887 following a fire. It too is Grade II Listed.

Valley Mill, Eagley - 4
The south west corner of the mill with the former engine house. This has had its roof raised to the height of the rest of the building and a completely new set of windows created for the conversion to apartments.
