Road comes to an abrupt end #2
This is the second road I've found which ends suddenly. This road is called Stone Hill Road. The surrounding area is an industrial estate. The first I found is Image

Path leading towards Moss Road footbridge
Following the path takes you to an overpass opposite school playing fields. The blue railings in the distance are part of Kearsley roundabout.

Bridge over A666
The bridge links southern Farnworth with western Kearsley. The motorway sign on the left is on the northbound side of the A666, signalling the Farnworth/Kearsley junction.
