Farnworth Bus Station
Most of the buses passing through Farnworth carry straight on along Market Street. Only a minority of (mainly terminating) services use the bus station on King Street.

Age Concern - Farnworth Learning & Resource Centre
FLRC lies on the corner of Queen St and Cross St. The centre was opened in 2000 and runs many courses for the over 50's. It has an IT suite where older people can learn about computers and the Internet in a friendly environment.
