Station house on the right, dated 1886. The station was named after the nearby Hinton Admiral House, rather than the village Hinton. As seen from the road bridge, looking towards Christchurch.

The small station in Hinton Admiral, Hampshire. This station is served by 1 train per hour in each direction. It is also a good place to watch Express trains pass through as the speed limit is around 80 mph and all CrossCountry services pass through the station too.

Hinton Admiral Station
This view is from the road bridge. From the bridge south, the road is called Hinton Wood Avenue. To the north of the bridge, it is Station Road. Although the station takes its name from the large country house called Hinton Admiral Image, it serves the populations of Highcliffe and Walkford.

Hinton Admiral Station Building
This building has a plaque on the wall indicating a construction date of 1886. Although on the main London/Bournemouth line, the station is quiet at most times, with few passengers using the station. The little parking available is free!
