Ferndown: postbox № BH22 89, Kingsway
Looking into the sun and along Kingsway from its western end, past a small postbox which is emptied finally at 4:15pm on weekdays and at 12:15pm on Saturdays.
The estate was built in the late 60s by Lee & Son, which name is remembered in Leeson Drive, at the far end.

This entrance in Cedar Way,is one of three entrances into Slop Bog.
Slop Bog is a Local Nature Reserve covering 22.6 hectares. It is managed by Dorset Countryside.
