Oakdale: postbox № BH15 222, Johnston Road
This Elizabeth II-reign box, on the corner of Brampton Road along which we are looking, is currently fitted with a device restricting the width of items that can be posted – perhaps there have been troubles recently with the posting of inappropriate objects.
It is emptied finally at 5:30pm on weekdays and at 1pm on Saturdays.
