The Salvation Army occupy these premises on the corner of New Orchard and Dear Hay Lane. Behind is one of the main shoppers' multi-storey car parks.

Friendly, basic pub in the High Street, listed in the 2009 Good Beer Guide. Long, narrow interior, with bar to right and some tables near the entrance. Poole: postbox № BH15 28, Old Orchard
Looking north along the pedestrianised section of the High Street, from the crossroads with Old Orchard. The postbox is emptied finally at 6:30pm on weekdays and at 12:30pm on Saturdays.
