Dolphin Quays, Poole, Dorset
I'm not a big fan of modern developments, but this one has a rather nice coffee shop; just out of picture, to the right, overlooking the marina. There are small retail units on the ground, and first, floors.

The Swan Inn, Marstons Poole Ales
This pub has been closed for some time.
Shown back in 2009 Image in use as an art museum, which is no longer here. There is a newer logo "Q□□G" on the door, but whatever that was has gone too.
It's also been The Ginger Pop Shop Image
The place is currently up for sale advertized for restaurant use.
Marstons Poole Ales are not related to the more famous Marstons Burton Ales which are still being made.
Marstons of Poole was the final trading name of The Dolphin Brewery which started back in 1750. The company merged with Strong of Romsey and brewing stopped in 1928. Brewery History on http://www.dolphinbrewerypoole.co.uk/history.html

Eileen Soper's Illustrated World
The former Swan Inn in Poole is now an attraction dedicated to the illustrator Eileen Soper. She illustrated many books including some on wildlife, and Enid Blyton's 'Famous Five' series.
