Aire Springs
This is the River Aire re-emerging. It flows out of Malham Tarn and disappears underground at Water Sinks. Chemical tests have proved that this is the same water.

The Pennine Way approaching Malham
The Pennine Way approaching Malham, following Alfred Wainwright's route to the west side of the River Aire. The first glimpse of the limestone above Malham a beautiful sight with the promise of walking through the Limestone country in the coming days.
