A pair of warehouses by Andrews & Delauney. No. 40, on the corner, dates from 1860, the larger no. 38 from 1871. Both have similar decorative entrances (Image]). Grade II listed. Both seemingly converted to flats - hence the modern intrusions.

The Comfy Chair
Grandad's Clock and Chair 1992 by Timothy Shutter. Commissioned by Bradford Council and the Little Germany Action Group in 1991. The work is carved from sandstone and represents a millowner's office. Putting them on a level plinth might have been a good idea.

46 Peckover Street, Bradford
An impressive structure built as warehousing and offices for Heugh, Dunlop & Co. It injects a unique touch of the Scottish Baronial into Bradford's warehouse district - see the corbelled turrets. By George Corson, 1870-71. Grade II listed. Converted to offices, but apparently empty at the time and for sale.
