Looking towards Bradford city centre from The Avenue, Clayton
A view from The Avenue, Clayton, across the cricket field (note the sight screen on the right) in the approximate direction of Bradford city centre. The pole in the foreground between the trees appears to have been a traction pole that once carried the overhead to provide power to trolleybuses. If I recall correctly, there were several similar poles along The Avenue when I walked along it.
