Sunbridge Halls, Sunbridge Road, Bradford
Formally known as Joseph Brennan House, the building was previously used by the NHS and Provident Finance. It became Student Accommodation in 2012 but due to low levels of occupancy it was subsequently converted to a Trivelles Budget Hotel using the ground, 4th and 5th floors, with student accommodation remaining on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd floors.
