42 - 62 Albert Street, Nelson
In this area of Nelson there are a large number of small terrace houses which are empty and awaiting the demolition man's hammer. But this block on Albert Street is fully occupied and, moreover, the houses appear smart and well-maintained. There is a large ethnic Asian population in this area.
