United Reformed Church Colne Road Brierfield
Situated on Colne Road at the junction with Chapel Street, the building is also used as a community hall,it was not clear if it was still in use as a church when this image was taken.

Brierfield Town Hall
Until 1974, Brierfield was an Urban District and as such administered its own affairs within Lancashire County Council, but in that year it became part of the new Borough of Pendle. Thus the Town Hall became partially redundant, although still used by Pendle Council.

Brierfield Methodist Church
Built 1861 and in a very similar style to its now disused near-neighbour, (see Image) this building originally called itself a 'chapel'. It still survives as a place of worship in an area which is otherwise full of disused and converted churches and chapels.
