Colne Police Station, Craddock Road
The fire station is to the right, the Police station was opened in the mid 70s as the "G" division DHQ of The Lancashire Constabulary and replaced the original on Albert Road which is now a china shop

Colne bus station
This is conveniently accessed from the town centre and market, but it only serves routes working southwards - basically to Nelson and Burnley. This Bristol VR is owned by Burnley and Pendle Transport, and is branded as 'Viscount Central', then the name of their coaching arm, which was at one time very widely spread, operating as far afield as Dover in Kent. The reason this vehicle has the branding is that it is fitted with coach-type seating.
