Punch Bowl Inn on Longridge Road - now closed
The Punch Bowl Inn on the B6243 west of Hurst Green has now been closed for over two years, and is starting to show signs of dilapidation.
It is unlikely to reopen as a public house due to past failures. Plans are afoot for a caravan site, and conversion to flats - but may not receive the necessary approval.

The Punch Bowl Inn on Longridge Road
The pub near Hurst Green lay disused and vandalised when this photograph was taken (April 2018). In October 2018 planning permission was granted to convert the building into holiday lets and a cafe, but whether this has been pursued, I don't know.
