Blackburn Town Hall
The western entrance to the 1960s-built Blackburn Town Hall, a municipal office block in Blackburn, Lancashire, serving as the headquarters of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council. At the base is The Mall, and outside that is a civic square undergoing gentification.
