Chapel Graveyard
Former Higham Methodist Chapel Methodism was very strong in Higham and services were held in private houses until pressure of numbers resulted in the building of a chapel in 1812, which was extended and rebuilt over the years. The impressive Wesleyan Chapel, which stood just off the main street in Higham, was built in 1872 and demolished in 1983. http://www.highamparishcouncil.com/history_of_higham_village.html

The 'Four Alls Inn', Higham, Lancashire
The Pendleside village of Higham is one of Lancashire's best-kept secrets, as it lies off the main road. At the 'Four Alls', you can enjoy a good meal as well as excellent beer, and the pub is deservedly popular with those who know it.
