There was a chimney http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1108921 and now it's gone. Everything has gone even the stone building which was the offices has gone. The face of Britain's industry?

The wind sock was to show them which way the wind was blowing and if there was a chemical escape they would know it which direction it went.
