Burnley Bridge Business Park, Magnesium Way
Burnley Bridge Business Park is a new development on a former industrial site next to Junction 9 of the M65 (see Image]). This road and the two warehouse units are the first phase. The park was officially opened in 2014 (http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-lancashire-26365930 BBC News).

Overgrown track
The railway bridge carried the Great Harwood to Burnley Railway. The railway was last used to carry coal to Padiham Power Station, which has been demolished and developed in to an industrial estate. The railway has since been developed into a footpath
