A relic on Blackmoor Lane
The north of Henstridge was once open fields with a few public paths running across them. Keeping the route after modern development, the path retains an old gate despite the rest of the environment.

Substation on Blackmoor Lane
The small substation is off a footpath in the north of Henstridge. The path is an old one, being here long before this part of the village and the electricity network was developed in the late twentieth century.

Henstridge war memorial
Following the Great War, this obelisk was erected near the crossroads. It was built by masons J. Cox Ltd., at a cost of £120 and 3s and dedicated in a ceremony attended by Colonel Ing, supported by Colonel Drew and local clergy. The roll of honour names 32 men of Henstridge who fought in both world wars. The monument was restored in 2001 at a grant of £250, and further restored in 2014. Grade II listed.
